ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
I provide deeply collaborative solution oriented coaching support for leaders on the front lines of social change. I approach my work as a generous and collaborative solutionary dedicated to providing strategic, flexible, innovative and tactical support to social justice leaders across the community organizing, political and economic movement ecosystems.
My coaching program consists of 4 core components:
Organizational Leadership & Synergy
Synergy is when aspiration, attunement, & action come together. Achieving shared outcomes and goals requires building a leadership practice rooted in growth, support accountability and meaningful investment. This component is rooted in coaching, training, and practical tools to support your professional leadership, improve supervision & management practices, identify and achieve aligned measures of success, and delegate to and develop your team.
Personal Leadership & Power
I won’t sugarcoat things, this work is hard. This component acknowledges that most of us need support, generosity, and accountability to be our most impactful selves. To this end, I provide confidential coaching & wise counsel to support & humanize your leadership, help you understand your sphere of influence, and build the power needed to reach your north star.
Caring, Transformative, and Nourishing Practices
Pleasure should be available to our people at all moments. We have to stop sharing that principle (thanks Adrienne Maree Brown) with the world and not living it for ourselves. A core component of this program is providing access and exposure to a wide variety of practices that center care, personal transformation, and nourishment in our daily lives. This collaborative coaching program makes self-care infrastructure accessible and acts as an accountability partner, helping leaders actually fulfill their commitments to themselves.
